乙二醇锑的非干燥生产工艺

摘    要:针对现有乙二醇锑干燥法生产工艺存在的因干燥工序导致部分乙二醇锑的螯合物结构遭到破坏,被还原为三氧化二锑和乙二醇,影响产品的溶解温度、溶解速率、催化活性和色相值等问题,在反应时加入活性炭,使脱色和除杂在反应过程中一步完成,经循环过滤和冷却结晶后,直接离心甩干,制成产品,研发出无“冲洗”和无“干燥”工序的生产工艺。生产的乙二醇锑产品的锑质量分数为54%~56%,色相值b值≤2.0、L值≥96.5、a值≥-0.4,溶解温度≤80 ℃,溶解速率≥90 min。

Abstract:In the production process of ethylene glycol antimony drying method there existed the problems that its drying procedure partially destroyed the structure of ethylene glycol antimony chelate which was reduced to antimony trioxide and ethylene glycol,and then influenced on dissolution temperature,dissolution rate,catalytic activity and chromatic value,etc. A non-washing and non-drying production process was developed,and the product was obtained via adding activated carbon in the reaction system to finish the impurity elimination and decolourization by one step,and then circulating filtration,cooling crystallization and centrifugal dryness. Stibium mass fraction of 54%- 56%,b≤2. 0,L≥96. 5 and a≥- 0. 4 of chromatic value of ethylene glycol antimony were attained under the condition of dissolution temperature ≤80 ℃ and dissolution rate≥90 min.
