摘    要:采用最新开发的第二代超音速等离子喷涂系统,通过工艺优化,制备了目前常见的几种陶瓷涂层(如ZrO_2/MCrAlY梯度功能涂层,Nano-ZrO_2涂层,Cr_2O_3以及Ti-Al金属间化合物涂层等),并采用SEM、EDS、TEM、XDR等手段对陶瓷涂层的组织结构进行了分析表征。结果表明,相对于传统的等离子喷涂,上述涂层的致密性和界面结合状态都得到了明显改善。

Abstract:The normally functionally graded YSZ/MCrAlY thermal barrier coatings,Nano-structured ZrO_2 coating and Cr_2O_3 coating,as well as Ti-Al intermetallics coating were prepared using a recently developed Supersonic Plasma Spraying system.The characterizations and microstructures above mentioned coatings were observed by means of the SEM,EDX,XDR and TEM and these all exhibited a better bonding strength and density relative to conventional plasma spraying.
