摘    要:通过轴类零件安装在两顶尖间加工过程的加工精度受机床精度、切削力、切削用量影响的分析,建立了工艺系统误差模型,讨论加工中产生的弹性变形与切削力的关系及计算方法,推出两支承间卸荷轮主轴旋转传动及齿轮传动等2种形式切削力与工件直径公差的关系,并以数控机床上加工梯形螺纹为例进行了分析计算。

Abstract:The effect of machining parameters such as the machine tool precision, the cutting force and the cutting dosage on the processing precision of the shafts parts fixed between two finials has been analyzed. The error model of the processing technology system is established. The computed method about the dependence of the elastic distortion of the parts on the cutting force are discussed. The relationship between the two kinds of cutting force, i.e., both of the rotary drive and the gear drive of the main axis of the unloading wheel between the two bearings, and the parts diameter tolerance is deduced. The machining process of trapezoid threads on the numerical controlled machine tool is calculated as an example.
