| 摘 要： | 针对立柱导轨的结构形式,分析了气体阻塞条件,给出了气体压力分布示意图,根据导轨尺寸计算出了其承载力和刚度,经实践证明满足了仪器的精度要求。

| Abstract: | Directed at the structure of vertical guideway,the conditions of air block are analyzed and a sketch map of air pressure distribution is given.The loading capacity and stiffness are calculated according to the guideway dimension,it proves that the structure satisfies the precision requirement of instrument. |
