VXI总线控制的机载电子设备检测系统设计

摘    要:基于VXI总线技术设计的机载电子设备自动测试系统的功能和工作原理,给出了测试系统的硬件构成和软件设计方法,并分析设计了所采用信号采集、多分辨定时器和检测报告的自动生成等关键技术,采用LabWindows/CVI7.0作为软件开发平台,具有良好的人机交互界面。经过使用证明,测试仪具有易于操作、测试灵活、检测效率高等优点,有很高的经济效益。

Abstract:Function and principle of automatic test system based on VXI bus control technology for airborne electronic equipment were introduced. Hardware constitution plus software design of this system were described too. And some key points such as signal collecting, multi-resolution timer, automatic generation of test report etc. were detail analyzed. Using LabWindows/CVI 7.0 as the software development platform, friendly man-computer interface was built. Those application tests prove that this system is flexible, easy to operate and high in test efficiency. If this system is widely used. it would bring huge economic benefits.
