摘    要:通过缩聚在纳米SiO2粒子表面接枝低聚物并对其改性,采用红外光谱、热失重、透射电子显微镜对接枝改性后的纳米SiO2进行了测试。将得到的改性粒子填充聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,检测填充前后树脂的性能。结果表明,填充后的树脂流动性能得到改善,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率提高,ω(SiO2)的最佳值为2.0%。

Abstract:The prepolymer of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) was grafted onto the surface of nano-SiO2 partides by polycondensation for modification. The particles so treated were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry and transmission electron microscopy. The nano-SiO2 particles were filled into PBT and the performance of PBT pre-and post-filling was determined. The result shows that the flowability of PBT is improved, and its tensile strength and elongation at break is raised. The optim filling mass fraction of nano- SiO2 is 2.0%.
