摘    要:在化验室小磨上磨制的不同比表面积的水泥中,掺入不同掺量的萘系高效减水剂和氨基系高效减水剂,测定各试样的水泥净浆流动度,研究粉磨细度对水泥与外加剂相容性的影响。结果表明:当水泥比表面积小于400m2/kg,随比表面积增加,初始流动度及30min、60min经时流动度逐渐降低,水泥与高效减水剂适应性变差,但变化不是十分显著,可以通过增大高效减水剂掺量进行改善;当比表面积大于400m2/kg,随比表面积增加,初始流动度及30min、60min经时流动度均十分明显降低,水泥与高效减水剂适应性很差。因此,提出不宜通过过分粉磨来生产高等级水泥。

Abstract:The different amount of naphthalene series and ammonia series superplasticizer were mixed in the cement with different specific surface area grinded by testing mill,then the cement paste fluidity of each sample was tested and the effect of their fineness on compatibility of cement and additive was studied.The results showed that if the specific surface area of cement were less than 400m2/kg,with the increasing of specific surface area,the cement initial fluidity should be lower than that of coarse one and the fluidity after some time loss increased,the compatibility of cement and superplasticizer be worse,although the change was not very remarkable,and it could be improved by increasing the amount of additive.When the specific surface area was more than 400m2/kg,with the increasing of specific surface area,the reduce of cement initial fluidity and the fluidity loss were obvious.According to above,it was diseconomy to produce high grade cement by over-grinding.
