摘    要:24℃下用丙酮提取不同软化度(吸水率)整粒蚕沙的叶绿素a和b,测定浸提速率。结果可用新的恒态提取论解释。一级速率常数,叶绿素在蚕沙与丙酮之间的分配系数。软化度由零增至120%时,k观与K分别增大到4.5倍与7.7~144倍。

Abstract:Measurements have been made of the rate of extraction of chlorophyll a and b into acetone from intact particles of ailk-worm excrements and from the parucles of six different water absorptions at 24℃.These results are interpreted by a new steady-state theory of extraction. The first-order rate constants(kobs) and the parution coefficients(Ks) of chlorophylls between the particles and acetone all increaed dramatically as the water absorptions of the particles increased.
