对我国食品安全教育的探讨

摘    要:近年来我国频发的食品安全事件给社会和消费者带来了极大的负面影响。开展全面系统的食品安全教育,可以培养和提高全社会的食品安全意识、促进食品安全法制建设,在一定程度上能够减少甚至避免食品安全问题的发生。本文分析了我国食品安全教育现状与存在的问题,对我国的食品安全教育提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Recently,food safety accidents had been happened constantly in China,which brought negative impacts on the society and customers.People's food safety awareness would be trained and food safety law construction would be better by carrying out food safety education.To some extent,food safety problems could be reduced or avoided.The situation and the problems of food safety education in China and some suggestions for food safety education development were put forward in the paper.
