HDT设备结构及其工艺控制原理

摘    要:阐述了HAUNI公司过热蒸气干燥机(Superheated steam drier HDT-LE)的设备结构、控制系统及运行状态,并与HXD系统进行了对比。切后叶丝通过喂料机直接进入HDT,降低了出口叶丝的含水率波动,独有的蒸气喷射装置取代了传统的叶丝回潮(HT),管道系统简单,膨胀效果好。工艺控制采用了压力、氧气含量、天然气流量、热风温度、水分和蒸气流量6大控制系统,控制模式简单,参数可调节性强。

Abstract:The structure,control system and running state of HAUNI superheated steam drier HDT-LE were introduced and compared with HXD system.In HDT,cut tobacco directly entered via a feeder,the fluctuation of moisture content of output cut tobacco was reduced as a result.Traditional cut tobacco(conditioner)(HT) was replaced by an unique steam ejector,the pipe system was simple and tobacco was well expanded.The technical control comprised six control systems,namely pressure,oxygen content,natural gas flow,air temperature,moisture content and steam flow control systems.The control mode was simple and the parameters were readily adjustable.
