一起玻璃绝缘子自爆原因分析

摘    要:针对一起运行中玻璃绝缘子集中自爆故障,对故障点绝缘子进行了抽样试验,结合试验结果和自爆绝缘子所处的特殊运行环境,对绝缘子集中自爆原因进行了分析,认为铁粉单质的存在造成绝缘子泄漏电流增大是主要原因,最终提出了该污染源区附近可选用大爬距自洁性能好的空气动力型瓷绝缘子或复合绝缘子。

Abstract:According to a self-shattering fault of glass insulators in service,the sample test is carried out on insulators at fault point,based on test results and the special operating environment at the location of problem insulator,the insulator concentrated self-shattering reason is analyzed,the existence of iron elemental resulting in insulator leakage current increase is considered as the main reason,finally it is proposed that the large creepage distance ceramic insulators with good self-cleaning performance and composite insulators may be used near the pollution source area.
