| Abstract: | Guided by the principle of constructing an innovative country and with an aim of training professional staff, this paper unifies the socialized innovative system and life-long education system and puts forward a proposal of innovative development of continuous education for professional staff from four aspects: innovative continuous education organizations; ideas of employing units and the professional personnel; innovative management system and operational mechanism; the content and pattern of the innovative education, innovative education method and management. |
