| Abstract: | Electromagnetic forming is one of the most widely used high energy forming techniques. The current development status are illustrated by both foreign and domestic research achievements. This paper introduces the basic principle and advantages and its applications in sheet forming, including sheet forming, blanking, jointing, welding and riveting. Also the development trend of the electromagnetic forming technique is put forward. |
