电磁技术在板材成形中的应用

摘    要:电磁成形是目前广泛应用的高能率成形方法之一,综述了电磁成形技术的国内外发展现状,介绍了电磁成形的基本原理和优点以及电磁成形技术在板料成形中的应用,包括平板成形、冲裁、连接、焊接和铆接,并展望了电磁成形技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:Electromagnetic forming is one of the most widely used high energy forming techniques. The current development status are illustrated by both foreign and domestic research achievements. This paper introduces the basic principle and advantages and its applications in sheet forming, including sheet forming, blanking, jointing, welding and riveting. Also the development trend of the electromagnetic forming technique is put forward.
