| 摘 要： | 通过对高速公路隧道运营管理的分析，从设备状况、管理体制和运营效果3个方面选取了23项对高速公路隧道运营管理影响较大的因素作为评价指标，建立了高速公路隧道运营管理评价指标体系，运用层次分析法和模糊数学理论确定评价的层次模型和指标权重以及高速公路隧道运营管理模糊综合评价模型，提出一套科学的用于高速公路隧道运营管理二级模瑚综合评价的方法，并采用此方法对黄鹤山隧道运营管理的实例计算分析，结果表明，该方法具有较好的适应性，能客观地反映高速公路隧道运营管理状况． |

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the highway tunnel operation management,the paper has adopted 23 factors,which influence on highway tunnel operation management,as the evaluation index from three aspects,i.e.the equipment status,management system and operation effect.It has set up the evaluation index system of highway tunnel operation management.The level model,the index weight and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of highway tunnel operation management are confirmed by adopting the level analysis method and fuzzy mathematics theory.The method of two levels fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward,which adapts to the highway tunnel operation management system.The instance of Huanghe Mountain tunnel operation management is calculated and analyzed with this method,and the result shows that the method has better adaptability and can objectively reflect the status of highway tunnel operation management. |
