番茄果实表面紫外-可见反射光谱与果实中红素含量的相关性初探

摘    要:本文描述了番茄果实表面的紫外-可见(370~700nm)反射光谱特征,并阐述了在565nm波长处的反射率与果实中番茄红素含量的相关性。该项研究为今后番茄果实中番茄红素含量无损伤检测方法的建立奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:This article described the reflection spectral Characteristics of tomato fruit surface and the correlationship of the reflection at 565nm with respect to the fruit lycopene content. This effort formed the theoretical base to develop an in-situ method for the lycopene detection on tomato fruit.
