| Abstract: | In water jacket synthesis furnace application, essentiality of controlling the temperature of hydrogen chloride entering cooler, heat utilization and cooling water quantity calculation were narrated. The existing problems and its countermeasures were introduced. After improvement, the hot water circulation system was rationally collocated. Meanwhile, good profits were received. |
