摘    要:叙述了在水夹套式氯化氢合成炉应用中,控制氯化氢进冷却器温度的重要性。介绍了热利用和冷却水量的计算情况、存在的问题及解决措施。通过改进,热水循环系统得到合理的配置,并获得很大的经济效益。

Abstract:In water jacket synthesis furnace application, essentiality of controlling the temperature of hydrogen chloride entering cooler, heat utilization and cooling water quantity calculation were narrated. The existing problems and its countermeasures were introduced. After improvement, the hot water circulation system was rationally collocated. Meanwhile, good profits were received.
