摘    要:本文简要介绍了在我厂自己改造设计制造的轮胎胎面裁断机中对其检测、控制系统集成设计时应用的基本系统设计思想和检测、控制方法及优化控制策略,通过对胎面挤出全过程的系统分析,在现有设备和技术的条件下,对影响胎面裁断定长综合误差参数,应用数理统计和经验数据来确定挤出实际过程的特适参数方法。给出了交流变频调速控制器+普通交流电动机实现胎面裁断定长检测、控制有差估计实时修正参量和较为切合实际的Y=SWi+C控制模型及优化控制策略

Abstract:Describe the basic thought and checking of the system designcontrol method and optimizing control tactics applied in the modification of designed and manufactured tire tread cutting machine.By the complete system analysis of the whole extrudering line,based on the existing equipment and technique,adopt the mathematical and physical statistics and experience data to decide the real parameter for extrudering,get the comprehensive tolerance parameter which influences the tread length fixed cutting.And give the correction tolerance value of checking and control of the AC frequency converter normal AC motor to realize the tread length fixed cutting and the practical Y=SW Ccontrol mold and optimizing control tactics.
