茶叶中锗、硒的电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析

摘    要:采用微波消解,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定茶叶中锗、硒元素。对样品前处理方法进行了研究,从消解体系、酸用量、消解程序等方面对微波消解条件进行了优化。在优化实验条件下, 方法的检出限为1.7~28.2 ng?L-1, 相对标准偏差为3.1%~10.0%, 加标回收率为80.8%~95.9%。该方法具有操作简便,快速,灵敏度高,准确度好和同时测定两种元素等优点。

Abstract:Germanium and selenium in teas were mensurated by ICP-MS. A digestion method was established for germanium and selenium in teas. The microwave digestion condition was optimized from digestion system, proportion of acids and digestion procedure. The detection limit is in the range of 1.7-28.2 ng?L-1, with the relative standard deviations of 3.1%-10.0%, and the recoveries are 80.8%-95.9%. The method is simple, rapid and reliable.
