治理超载对物流运输业影响分析

文章首先从对超载现象进行了一般经济学的分析,指出产生超载的根本原因在于车主对不可预知成本的认识不同。通过对我国现实的国情进行进一步分析,指出我国运输业市场的无序和基础设施现状是超载产生的另一主要原因。在此基础上,提出治理超载虽然在短期内会对物流业有一定的消极影响,但长期的影响是积极的。

Analysis on the effects of over-freight management on overload logistic transportation

Begining with the general economic analysis on the over-freight, the paper points out that the ultimate cause of over-freight is the difference of notions on the unpredict cost. After a deeper analysis on Chinese real condition, the paper points out that disorder in transportation market and poor in infrastructure are also important reasons. Based on these conclusions, the paper brings forward that although in short run management on over-freight will put negative effects on logistic, in the long run the effects will be positive.
