摘    要:电能质量的合理性评估是电能分质定价的基础,也是实现电能综合治理的重要依据。为提高电能评估的客观性与科学性,将灰色系统理论引入理想解法中,构造一种新的贴近度指标,判定电能质量的等级及优劣排序,避免了理想解法在遇到贴近度相等时不能区分样本之间优劣性的情况,使得评估更加合理。此外,结合G1法与熵权法确定权重因子,实现了权重的主客观统一,为评估奠定基础。实例分析表明,该方法能细化电能质量的等级,使得评价结果更加客观、合理和全面。

Abstract:A reasonable power quality evaluation method is not only the foundation to set the price according to power quality, but also the important basis to manage electric energy comprehensively. In order to evaluate the power quality objectively and scientifically, a novel relative similarity degree index is presented to evaluate the grade of power quality and order preference by integrating the grey correlation analysis into the ideal solution (TOPSIS) method. Then it can avoid the case that TOPSIS cannot distinguish samples' disparity due to the equal relative similarity degrees. Furthermore, to achieve a unification of objectivity and subjectivity of weight, a weight factor is determined by combining the G1 with entropy weight method, which is also a foundation for evaluation. A case study demonstrates that the proposed method can elaborate the grade of power quality and make the power quality assessment being more objective, reasonable and comprehensive.
