基于Android手机的车牌识别管理系统

摘    要:针对违法停车车辆的管理问题,设计了基于Android系统手机上的车牌识别管理系统。该系统包括:车牌自动识别模块、违法停车位置自动获取模块和数据显示模块。执法人员在Android系统手机上运行该系统,通过Android手机摄像头对违法停车车辆进行拍照取证的同时,可以自动获取车牌号码、违法停车时间和位置等信息,将信息通过3G网络发送到服务器存储,与传统的违法停车车辆的管理与登记相比,可以大大减少执法人员的工作量,给违法停车车辆管理带来极大的便利。

Abstract:In view of the illegal parking vehicles management issues, this paper designs license plate recognition and management system based on Android phone. The system includes automatic license plate recognition module, the illegal parking position automatic acquisition module and data display module. Law enforcement officers run on the system in the Android mobile phone. Through the Android mobile phone camera taking photo evidence of illegal parking vehicles, they can automatically obtain license plate number, illegal parking time and location and other information. Then they sent the information to the server through 3G network. Compared with the traditional illegal parking vehicle's registration and management, the system can significantly reduce the workload to law enforcement personnel and bring great convenience for illegal parking vehicles management.
