| 摘 要： | 电话支付业务是电信运营商和金融机构合作推出的业务。因涉及到金融交易信息，该业务的安全性问题尤为重要。对基于PSTN的电话支付业务做了介绍，分析了电话支付业务中的安全性问题，并对终端认证、数据加密、MAC校验、密钥管理等安全解决措施进行了介绍与分析。

| Abstract: | The Telecom. operator and the financial organization cooperate to put out the PSTN-based payment service. The security of this service is very important because of its financial transaction information. This paper describes the PSTN-based payment service and analyzes the security of this service, and also discusses the security solution, including terminal certification, data encryption, MAC authentication and key management. |
