应用营养与卫生学双语教学思路

摘    要:现代社会需要具有较强外语交流能力的复合型人才,开展双语教学是解决的途径之一。探索应用营养与卫生学开展双语教学的思路,应该从可行性、教学内容、教材、教学方法、考核方式、授课对象等方面进行研究探索,积极改进传统的教学方法和手段,进一步提高教学质量。

Abstract:Modern society needs the inter - disciplinary talent with strong ability in foreign language communication,which can be achieved with the popularization of bilingual teaching. The exploration of strategy of bilingual teaching in the course of "Applied Nutrition and Hygienics" may be developed in terms of necessity, feasibility, scope of teaching, teaching material, teaching method, performance evaluation pattern, and teaching object. Those measures and innovations mentioned above to be taken will further improve the teaching quality.
