摘    要:在室温条件下于非水体系中用电沉积的方法制备Sm填充方钴矿化合物。研究制备稀土填充的方钴矿CoSb3热电材料的最佳工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下稀土元素达到最大填充量,合金薄膜的组成为Smo32CoSb3。

Abstract:Sm-filled Skutterudite was prepared in ionic liquids by electrodeposition at room temperature.The best processing conditions of preparing different Rare-Earth Element Filled Skutterudite was studied.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDX) were employed to characterize the morph-ologies.The Composition of alloy thin film is Sm0.32CoSb3.The CoSb3 is body-centered cubic,the Co2Sm5 is monoclinic.
