摘    要:本文提出了以线阵CCD光电探测阵列作为接收器,并以悬浮法测量固体粉末或混浊液中悬浮粒子大小及分布的激光粒度仪的设计方案;设计了径向散射光强分布的多周期间隔采样的CCD数据采集系统。使用研制的样机完成了多项实验,取得满意的结果。

Abstract:The design scheme of laser particle sizer whose receiver is linear CCD detectorarray is proposed.The instrument is applied to measuring the particle size distribution ofsolid powder or liquid suspension. The CCD acquisiting system based on multiperiodicinterval acquisition is established. Finally many experiments have been finished by newly designed prototype, and the results are satisfactory.
