多孔陶瓷板中燃烧过程的数值模型

摘    要:借助多个介质中燃烧过程的化学动力学,通过对多孔陶瓷板板内有限单元的能量分析,建立了燃烧过程的数值模型。利用本模型预测了多孔陶瓷板燃烧形成的气体和固体温度场,可用来计算火孔内的阻力,并优化多孔陶瓷板燃烧器的设计。

Abstract:In this paper a numerical model of combustion within ported ceramic plaque was set up by introducing kinetic data which were used for study in porous media. The model made use of finite element analysis method aimed at predicting gas and solid temperature profile within ports. The results are in good agreement with those complex numerical models using packaged softwares. The result from this model can be used to calculate flow resistance within ports, which is quite important for optimum design of gas-infrared burners.
