简要介绍在开发生产较大规格Φ40~Φ60 mm的圆钢过程中产生划伤、同条差、头尾耳子等影响轧制生产的主要问题,通过实践摸索总结出产品规格延伸的质量控制及调整要点,对连轧张力控制进行改进,减少头部耳子,提高产品的尺寸精度。

It introduces the main quality problems such as the surface scratch,dimensional inconsistency and ears at head and tail and in the process of rolling the larger round bar including those with diameter from 40 mm to 60 mm the essential for the quality control and adjustment for extension of the product specification has been summarized through practical trial and error.By improving the tension control of the continuous rolling mill the ears at head have already been reduced and the dimensional accuracy rose.
