无保护层开采高突工作面“钻抽爆评”一体化综合防突技术研究与应用

摘    要:为解决平煤股份十矿戊9-20180综采工作面煤与瓦斯突出危险这一技术难题,采用了无保护层开采、本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采、分段间隔打钻抽采、深孔预裂爆破技术及煤与瓦斯突出工作面定期安全评价的管理机制.试验表明,煤体瓦斯含量由原来的8~13 m3/t下降到3.2932 m3/t,杜绝了煤与瓦斯突出事故的发生,确保高浓度瓦斯工作面回采期间安全生产.

Abstract:The comprehensive management mechanism,namely coal seam mining without protective layer,gas drainage through boreholes,drilling in different sections with interval space,deep-hole pre-splitting blasting technique as well as coal and gas outburst periodic safety-evaluation,was used to solve the technological problem of coal and gas outburst existed on No.E9-20180 fully-mechanized working face in No.10 mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Company Ltd..The results indicated that gas content in coal mass reduced from 8~13 m3/t to 3.2932 m3/t,avoiding the accident of coal and gas outburst and ensuring the safe production.
