| 摘 要： | 用间苯二酚合成2,4-二羟基苯乙酮,用苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯与水合肼反应，合成了苯甲酰肼、对羟基苯乙酮腙类试剂，利用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱等方法确定了它们的结构，并用分光光度法测定了解离常数。

| Abstract: | Dihydroxyacetophenone was synthesized with resorcinol.Benzoylhydrazone and p-hydroxy benzoylhydrazone were synthesized by the reaction of hydrazine hydrate with ethyl benzoate and methyl p-hydroxybenzoate,respectively.Three novel 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone hydrazones were synthesized using the reaction of 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone with benzoylhydrazone,p-hydroxybenzoylhydrazone and phenylhydrazine.These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and UV spectroscopies.The corresponding ionization constants of the three reagents were determined by a spectrophotometric method. |
