| Abstract: | The Concepts and formula on linking coeficients between working procedures (LCWP) and breaking coefficients between working procedures (BCWP) are gained by applying system pertubation principle. The leaving pertubation amount (LPA) and advancing pertubation amount (APA) are put forward, based on the typical index of working procedures. |
