FF-24蜡油加氢处理催化剂的工业应用

为解决金陵分公司的汽油质量达到国Ⅲ的要求（汽油硫质量分数〈150×10^-6）、满足股份公司原油结构调整的要求,提高加工高硫原油的能力,金陵分公司新建一套260万t/a蜡油加氢处理装置,采用抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FF-24催化剂,进行了首次工业试用。通过介绍FF-24催化剂在260万t/a蜡油加氢处理装置的实际应用情况,对该催化剂的性能及使用效果进行分析。工业结果表明：FF-24催化剂具有优异的加氢脱硫、脱氮性能,对原料的适应性强,可满足VGO、CGO及其混合油生产低硫蜡油、满足催化装置生产国Ⅲ标准清洁汽油的需要。

Commercial Application of FF-24 Hydrotreating Catalyst for Gas Oil

FF-24 hydrotreating catalyst developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum ＆ Petrochemicals,was first commercialized on Jinling new-built gas oil hydrotreating unit with capacity of 260 × 10^4 t/a, in order to make Sinopec Jinling Company＇s gasoline products meet National Standard III specifications （sulfur content of gasoline less than 150× 10^-6）, fulfill the requirement for the adjustment of Sinopec＇s crude oil structure, as well as increase capacity of processing high sulfur crude oil. In this paper , performances and utilization effect of FF-24 catalyst after introducing the actual application of the catalyst on 260 × 10^4 t/a gas oil hydrotreating unit were analyzed. The commercial application results showed that：FF-24 catalyst possessed excellent hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrogenation ability, strong adaptability to feed, which can meet the needs of producing low sulfur gas oil to satisfy National Standard III clean gasoline specifications through VGO, CGO and theirs of blend.
