摘    要:针对130t/h煤粉锅炉排烟温度高的问题,从设计、运行、检修等方面进行了分析,并对尾部烟道省煤器受热面提出了改造措施。实施改造后锅炉排烟温度平均下降了20K,有效地保证了锅炉安全、经济地运行。

Abstract:To reduce the exhaust gas temperature of a 130 t/h pulverized coal-fired boiler, an analysis was made from such aspects as design, operation, maintenance, and so on, after which retrofit measures were put forward for the heating surface of economizer in the tail duct. The exhaust gas temperature is decreased by 20 K on average after retrofit, effectively guaranteeing the safe and economical operation of the boiler.
