基于Simulink的六连杆压力机机构运动仿真分析

摘    要:以六连杆压力机机构为研究对象,建立机构运动分析数学模型。在分析了图解法和解析法求解机构运动分析问题不足的基础上,提出运用Simulink仿真软件包进行隐式求解,可快速、准确得出压力机滑块位移、速度、加速度变化曲线。同时,也可通过对仿真参数的修改,进行多连杆机构的参数优化,为多连杆压力机机构设计提供参考和依据。仿真结果表明,该方法具有高效、直观、精度高等特点。

Abstract:Taking the mechanism of six-linkage mechanical press as research object,the mathematical model with kinematic analysis has been established to the mechanism.Aiming at the shortage of graphic solution and analytical methods, a new solution of implicit equations by use of Simulink has been put forward.The curves of slide displacement,velocity, and acceleration for press have been drawn quickly and accurately.Meanwhile,the linkage mechanism has been optimized by modifying simulation parameters, which provides reference for the design of multi-linkage mechanical press.The simulation results show that the method has advantages of high efficiency, intuition, and high accuracy.
