摘 要: | 某煤化工项目需配套64000 m3/h氧产量的空分设备,有两套32000 m3/h内压缩流程空分设备并联和一套64000 m3/h内压缩流程空分设备的配建方案可供选择。从设备配置和性能、能耗、公用工程消耗及投资等方面对这两种方案进行比较分析,以期找出性价比较高、合理的流程组织方案。

Abstract: | A coal chemical project requires an air separation plant of 64000 m^3/h oxygen output, and the schemes are optional ( in parallel of two sets of 32000 m^3//h inner compression process air separation plant, and one set of 64000 m^3/h inner compression process air separation plant). The both schemes are compared and analyzed from the equipment allocation, performances, energy consumption, utilities consumption and investment in an effect to find out a reasonable process organization scheme with a rather high performance/cost ratio. |
