摘    要:本文主要研究KFC铜合金引线框架材料上引速度对连续挤压生产过程的影响,通过试验得出杆料上引速度与连续挤压生产过程主要参数之间的关系,并在企业生产中得到应用。

Abstract:The effect of upward speed of KFC copper alloy lead frame material to process has been mainly studied in the text. The relationship between the upward speed of the main parameters of the continuous extrusion process has been obtained. Now it is applied continuous extrusion the rod material and in the factories.
