摘    要:简介空分设备精馏塔各段的主要作用,列出了各塔段的上升气体量和下降液体量以及液气比的计算公式。通过一个计算实例,讨论了内压缩液氧、拉赫曼空气、下塔抽中压氮气、内压缩液氮、生产液氮产品等各种工艺过程对精馏塔各段液气比及空分设备氩和氧提取率的影响。

Abstract:The main roles of each section of rectification tower of the air separation plant are briefed, and the formula to calculate the ascending gas volume, descending liquid volume and the liquid-gas ratio of each tower section are listed. The affect on the liquid-gas ratio in each section of rectification tower and on the argon and oxygen extraction ratio of the air separation plant by various technical processes (inner compression of liquefied oxygen, Lachman air, extraction of medium-pressure gaseous nitrogen from lower tower, inner compression of liquefied nitrogen and production of liquefied nitrogen, liquefied nitrogen product ) is discussed through a calculation example.
