北京市智慧水务建设构想

为解决北京水务信息化分散建设、整合困难、决策智能化水平不高等问题，在智慧地球、智慧北京发展理念和物联网、云计算等高新技术的基础上，围绕北京水务中心工作提出智慧水务建设构想，明确智慧水务的基本内涵与核心特征，研究建立智慧水务的总体架构，确定未来一个时期在水务监测体系、水务控制体系、水务数据中心、水务应用体系4个方面的建设任务，并且提出智慧水务的实现方式和预期效果。

Aiming at the problems of water information system, such as separate construction, difficulty to integrate, low level intelligent decision-making etc., based on the development idea of smarter planet, wisdom Beijing, and the advanced technology of internet of things and cloud computing, this article puts forward the idea of wisdom water affair construction around Beijing water center work. It defines the basic connotation and core characteristic of wisdom water affair, sets up the general framework, ensures four construction tasks of water monitor system, water control system, water data center and water application system in the future, and analyzes its implementation model and expect effect.
