摘    要:从母材的化学成分、调质热处理的冷却速度、热处理时锻件壁厚等方面详细阐述AP1000蒸汽发生器下简体A大锻件力学性能试验不合格的原因,从对化学成分Al的控制、热处理淬火后的冷却速度大小的确定及热处理时锻件壁厚的优化等方面,对提高AP1000下简体A大锻件力学性能试验合格率提出切实可行的改进方案.

Abstract:Nonconformity causes of lower shell forging A in mechanical property tests of an AP1000 nuclear steam generator were illustrated in details from such aspects as the chemical compositions of base metal, the cooling speed and wall thickness of the forging at quenching & tempering treatment, etc. A practical and feasible plan for improving the pass rate of the lower shell forging A in mechanical property tests was put forward from following aspects such as the control of A1 content, the determination of cooling speed after quenching treatment, and the optimization of wall thickness of the forging at the time of thermal treatment, etc.
