摘    要:在2#23500 m3/h空分设备运行过程中,发生了UPS电源故障引发的DCS系统断电故障,导致空分设备全系统停车。介绍故障经过和原因,总结UPS电源断电后可能存在的隐患、应急措施以及改进措施。

Abstract:During operation of 2# 23500 m3/h air separation plant, the power failure of DCS system resulted from UPS trouble led in full-system stop of the air separation plant. The course and the cause for the said trouble are briefed, the possible hidden risks after UPS failure, the emergency measures and improving measures are summarized.
