摘    要:由于分子筛吸附器顶部辅助再生管道的控制阀门内漏,导致未被吸附干净的空气短路进入分子筛吸附器出口空气总管,造成二氧化碳穿透的假象,在分子筛吸附器吸附末期出现出口空气中二氧化碳含量超标现象。介绍故障原因分析过程和处理方法。

Abstract:Leakage of control valve of auxiliary regeneration pipeline at top of molecular sieve adsorber results in short-circuit of not thoroughly adsorpted air and entering of the said air to the master air pipeline at the molecular sieve adsorber outlet, and generates the false of carbon dioxide penetration and the trouble of exceedance of carbon dioxide content in air of molecular sieve adsorber outlet at the end of adsorption. Here, the analysis process for the trouble causes and the treatment method are introduced.
