过冷器污氮通道堵塞的排除

摘    要:由于过冷器污氮通道被珠光砂堵塞,12000 m3/h空分设备的氧气产量不能达到设计值,由于后续生产系统需要无法停车检修,只能采取临时措施保持氧气产量的正常供应,最终通过扒砂并更换过冷器使故障得到彻底排除。介绍故障发生时空分设备技术参数的变化情况和原因分析过程。

Abstract:Since the waste nitrogen passage of sub-cooler is blocked by pearlite, the gaseous oxygen output of12000 m^3/h air separation plant fails to reach the designed value. Shutdown and repair is impossible due todemands of the following production system, it has no way but to take temporary measures to ensure normal supply of gaseous oxygen output, and finally the trouble is thoroughly eliminated through removal of the pearlite andreplacement of the sub-cooler. Here, the particulars of change of technical parameters at occurrence of the trouble, and the process of cause analysis are described.
