双馈式风力发电机变流器脉冲电压对绝缘寿命的影响

摘    要:为了研究变流器输出频率比较高时,其直流重复脉冲电压对电机绝缘系统寿命的影响,对双馈式风力发电机定子进行了模拟试验。试验结果证明:与工频50Hz交流电压相比,开断频率为1kHz时的脉冲电压作用下的绝缘寿命相差约20倍;决定绝缘寿命的主要因素是局部放电,变流器输出频率越高,则绝缘寿命越短。

Abstract:To study the effects of DC repetition pulse voltage of converter on service life of corresponding generator insulation system under conditions of high output frequency of the converter, a simulation test was conducted to the stator of a doubly-fed wind generator. Test results indicate that the insulation life under the effect of a pulse voltage with cut-off frequency of 1 kHz is about 20 times different from that under a 50 Hz AC voltage; the main factor influencing the insulation life is the local discharge; the higher the output frequency of the converter, the shorter the insulation life.
