| 摘 要： | 在空分设备紧急停车再冷态开车时,液氮回流阀的操作方式有两种:一是紧急停车时关闭冷态导气后期再打开;二是紧急停车和冷态导气时不动作。分析这两种操作方式在空分设备冷态开车时遇到的一些问题和原因,讨论两种操作方式对冷态开车时空分设备工况的影响。

| Abstract: | For cold-state re-start of air separation plant after urgent stop, there are two operation modes for liquefied nitrogen return valve： Closing cold-state guide-gas during the urgent stop, and at late stage of the said period reopening the valve, and no action during urgent stop and cold-state guide-gas. The problems encountered at coldstate start of the air separation plant with the two operation modes and their causes are analyzed, and the impact by the two modes to the case of the air separation plant at cold-state start is analyzed. |
