摘    要:用高压液相色谱法检测保健食品中B族维生素和咖啡因的含量。使用甲醇:水:磷酸=100:400:0.5作提取溶剂,以硫酸月桂酯钠溶液:乙腈:磷酸=530:470:1作流动相在260nm波长处检测VB1,以1-癸烷磺酸钠溶液:乙腈:磷酸=850:150:1作流动相在280nm处测VB6、咖啡因、烟酸、烟酰胺。结果表明该法灵敏度高、特异性强,简便快速、准确

Abstract:An HPLC method for determination of Vitamin B and caffeine in health foods was described. Vitamin B1 was detected at 260 nm based on: methyl/distilled water/phosphoric acid(100/400/0.5) as extraction and sodium dodecylsulfate/acetonitrile/phosphoric acid(530/470/1) as mobile phases. Vitamin B6, caffeine, niacin and niacinamide were examined at 280 nm with sodium 1-decanesulfonate/acetonitrile/phosphoric acid(850/150/1) as mobile phase. It is concluded that this method is suitable for rapid and accurate analysis of Vitamin B and caffeine in health foods.
