真空预压加固软土地基工程案例分析

摘    要:通过对上海某真空预压加固现场全过程监测分析,结果表明:真空预压初期沉降速率较大;分层沉降监测资料表明沉降主要发生在土性较差的淤泥质粉质粘土层,真空预压的影响深度可以达到塑料排水板底下一定深度;静力触探试验表明真空预压加固明显提高了地基土的强度,达到了预期的目的,固结度的计算结果进一步佐证了这一结论.

Abstract:The whole process of monitoring was conducted on a soft foundation with vacuum preloading at Shanghai, and some significant conclusions were obtained. The total surface settlements reached about 315.8mm while settling rate is larger at the initial stage of vacuum preloading. The results of layered settlement monitoring indicated that the major settlement was occurred at layer of mucky silty clay whose soil property was poor, and the influence depth of vacuum preloading could reach certain depth under the plastic drainage plate. The result of static penetration test showed that the strength of foundation soil enhanced obviously, and the objective of vacuum preloading was achieved, while the result of consolidation degree evidenced the conclusion further.
