摘    要:通过对轴承环进行拉深工艺分析,找到了影响变薄拉深工艺的各种因素,论证了轴承环进行变薄拉深的可行性与优越性。采用有限元软件Dynaforrn及Deforrn对其进行数值模拟,获得了优化的工艺参数并得到生产实际检验。

Abstract:By analyzing the process of bearing cages,the feasibility and advantage of ironing with crank press have been demonstrated. The diversified factorS that influence ironing process have been analysed adequately. The process has been simulated by Dynaform and Deform software to optimize process parameters and prove it in the practice.It is safe to say perfect bearing cages can be obtained under the other reasonable assistant working procedures when part was produced on crank press by ironing.
