摘    要:文章介绍了长岭炼化公司脱硫装置污水汽提系统结垢情况及危害。污水中环烷酸铵含量过高、使污水表面张力变小 ,水中杂质沉降困难带入塔中。当遇热后环烷酸铵分解 ,杂质沉积 ,形成污垢。控制污水的表面张力在 5 5mN/m以上或投加破乳剂以及采用过滤方法可减缓污垢的生成

Abstract:The fouling and danger in the sour water stripping system of the desulfurization unit in Changling Refining & Chemical Company were introduced. The higher ammonium naphthenate reduced the surface tension of the sour water, which made it difficult for the impurities to precipitate. As the result, the impurities were carried over to the stripper. When heated, the ammonium naphthenate, discomposed and deposited, fouling the equipment. Controlling the surface tension of the sour water at greater than 55 mN/m or addition of demulsifier and application of filtration could mitigate the fouling.
