| 摘 要： | 介绍柴油机外观质量控制和改进包含的主要内容，从油漆、零部件、柴油机管路和线路、涂装、箱板与包装等影响柴油机外观质量的5个方面阐述了外观质量控制和改进的主要过程和具佚操作方法。如油漆控制的2个对策以及油漆验收的6大项目；柴油机管路、线路等控制和改进的5个方面；柴油机涂装质量控制和改进的2个对策以及6个操作规定；使用插卡式箱板使箱板唛头既清晰又美观等。最后用数据说明了柴油机外观质量控制和改进的实际效果。
