摘    要:通过金相分析、图像处理仪等分析了宣钢所生产的硬线钢82B中非金属夹杂物并对硬线盘条的影响,同时对成品力学性能进行了检测。分析结果发现,钢中脆性氧化铝夹杂危害最大,成品延伸率不高,平均为8.1%。通过对夹杂物控制工艺及轧钢工艺进行优化调整,钢中脆性夹杂物数量及尺寸大大降低,因夹杂物造成的盘条拉拔断裂现象显著减少。钢材索氏体比率达到85%~90%,延伸率达到平均11.6%。

Abstract:Analytical techniques such as metallographic examination and image handle instrument were applied to distinguish non-metallic inclusions in 82B steel produced in Xuanhua steel works,meanwhile the mechanical property of 82B wire rod was detected.The test results showed that the average elongation of finished product was 8.1% and the greatest harm to steel comes from large nondeformable alumina inclusion.Some optimizing measures were carried out to controlling inclusions and improve rolling effect.The optimization test results showed break phenomenon caused by nondeformable inclusion was reduced,sorbite proportion achieved 85%~90% and average elongation was 11.6%.
