切圆锅炉炉膛出口气流残余旋转特性的研究

摘    要:目前,对于使切圆锅炉烟道气流形成速度偏差的残余旋转尚无规律性的认识。通过数值模拟和试验研究的手段,开展切圆锅炉炉膛出口处气流残余旋转的形成、锅炉设计和运行参数对残余旋转的影响、以及残余旋转对烟气速度偏差影响的研究。研究结果对切圆锅炉的设计和运行有重要意义。

Abstract:Airflow residual rotation at furnace exit on tangentially fired utility boilers, which often brings about flue gas velocity deviation, is still not well understood. In this paper, studies of the formation of residual rotation, effect of boiler's design and operation to residual rotation, and effect of residual rotation to flue gas velocity deviation have been finished through numerical simulation and cold model test. Reasonable results are improtant for utility boilers' design and operation. Figs 12 and refs 5.
